How do I book?
We only require a £20 per person deposit to secure your places. You can book over the phone using a debit or credit card or pop a cheque in the post payable to Clear Cut Weekends.

What happens if I don't know the exact numbers in my group when I make my booking?
This is not a problem as Bournemouth Weekends have found a convenient solution!
When you make your booking we do ask that you book for the maximum number of people you think will attend. This way you can be safe in the knowledge that all your places are secure. It is also easier to reduce a groups size rather than increase it at a later date and risk disappointment. The great part comes when you pay your final balance! If you discover that some of your group members can no longer make it, the £20 deposit they have paid will not be lost. We shall simply deduct their deposit money from the final balance.

Book Your Hen & Stag Weekends with Bournemouth Weekends

When is my final balance due and how is it calculated
Your final balance will become due no later than 28 days before the date of your hen or stag weekend booking. Your balance due is calculated on the number of people actually going away multiplied by the package price, less the full amount of the deposit you initially paid. You can therefore see you will not lose a penny if you book for a higher number than the size of the group that ends up taking the package.

Is there a charge for credit and debit cards
No. There are no hidden costs such as transaction fees for credit or debit cards. Some other agencies do charge up to 4% for the privilege of using a card so be careful.

What hotel will we be staying at?
The first thing to remember is we only use quality hotels that are perfect for a Stag or Hen Weekend. Due to the way our booking system works we will in most cases be able to name the hotel within 48 hours of your booking.

As we are one of the biggest organisers of Stag and Hen nights in the UK, we have extensive room allocation at a number of quality hotels. When you make your booking we then match the number in your group with available allocation. It's very important to remember that in order to give you the confidence to book, we do offer the following guarantees.

Your rooms will be en-suite, the hotel will have a good in-house bar and will be located within easy reach of your night time venues. We can assure you, you will not be disappointed with the standard of hotel as we take this matter very seriously.

Can we wear fancy dress?
The answer is nearly always 'Yes' Just let us know before you go on your trip that fancy dress will be worn and we can let the appropriate venues know in advance.

If we build in a restaurant meal to our hen or stag package is the cost of the food included?
Yes, everything we list in your quotation and shown on your itinerary is paid for and included in the price. Your table will be reserved and your meals included in the package price.

Are all entrance fees to the venues included in the package price?
Yes, this is what makes the Bournemouth Weekends package 'hassle free' you just turn up and walk in as a group. No problem! (ROAR)

How do we find our way from the hotel to all venues?
Your hotel will be situated within easy reach of the night time venues, which in turn will be close to each other. As part of your party package we include an easy to read personalised location map, which shows you the route from one venue to the other.
